Hypoxia Awareness Course

A hypoxia awareness course is being introduced at FlightSafety International learning centers. The course, developed in cooperation with the Mayo Clinic, will use special equipment designed to allow students to experience a gradual loss of oxygen up to a simulated altitude of 22,000 feet.

This sounds very interesting. However, if you are prone to panic attacks you might not like the gradual loss of "control" you will have over your breathing.

Still, it should educate students as it is very hands on.
