Any current info. on FlexJet (i.e., bases or Gateway cities, payscale, bennies, schedules or how many days of flying, etc.) would be greatly appreciated, and thanks so much for your input. :D

Flex has 4 bases-Dallas, Ontario, CA, Southern Florida and NYC. The pay starts at $34, 500 for 17 days of flying in a 28 day period. During the summer, you can bid down to 15 days of flying, but your paycheck will reflect those days off. There's a yearly increase according to the pay scale. We have all the benefits you could ask for; medical, dental, vision, 401K, pension and stock options. We get a bonus each year based on attendance as a whole group, owner retention, time away from base and fuel savings. Its not going to make you rich, but it doesn't hurt either. Vacation starts out at 2 periods a year (thirteen days each period), 3 after 3 years of service and goes to 4 after 10 years.
