Hi,

From my past experience with catering out of Bermuda, I would stick with procuring food from your hotel or a hotel that has a great restaurant attached. Take your cooler filled with plastic/aluminum containers, zip locks, etc; and go meet with the chef. I think you'll be alot better off...

My opinion, based on being let down by the caterer there :(

i was just there and got my food from the hamilton princess because after i called the caterer about a dozen times and getting no callback i was pretty desperate, and they were great about it...food was pretty good and packaged very well...hope this helps! :lol:

I was in bermuda a few weeks ago and got my catering from the downtown Hamilton Princess also, but they would only put it tin containers and I had to put it all on platters myself, even the FBO suggested using the Princess over the field caterer. If your pax have a wine request, you may want to have them give you several suggestions, not all wine is available at the 3 local liquor stores and the hotels are reluctant to sell you their wine. P.S. If you have time for snorkeling go on the Jesse James tours they're the BEST!
