I was wanting to know if there are some places where you can get a 3 day basic culinary class that you get a certificate of completition?

Yes, I believe Donna's school -- The Corporate School of Etiquette -- is officially getting started this Fall. As many of you know, Donna has been providing a one day culinary class through Alteon Training, LLC (http://www.alteontraining.com) for two years now. The school will be using a full mock up trainer -- an aircraft galley, no less -- that will give to students a real world experience when it comes to preparing food at flight level.

This just in: a representative of The Corporate School of Etiquette reports to me that the trainer is still not finished, therefore classes are not quite ready to start.

Stay tuned, I am sure additional details will be forthcoming!

But I can't waite to go there an do the class there get my corporate Flight attendant class done. So that I can try to get a corporate job as a flight attendant in the near future. I love my job an I like to try an do the best job possible on all my flights in the commercial airlines to make them enjoy their tripI always like to go the extra mile if possible. because you never know who you are going to see or meet on your trips!!

Actually, I believe the best training is CIA located in New York state. They do offer a 3 day class for corporate flight attendants I've heard. I've had formal training there but have not taken their 3 day classs. These are serious culinary individuals! 8)
