I would call way ahead, ask the handler where you can get the best food/restaurant and produce /grocier, close by.
Get a menu from the restaurant (faxed to you), call the head chef, have stuff...

Just ask for the Omani Royal flight catering. If you have Universal or Base ops handling you, have them get someone from the catering dept. to meet you on the plane. Have your order ready to go...
