Default Time Warner

Has anyone worked for Time Warner? Just wondering what their flight department is like and if anyone has any tips when interviewing.

Default Re: Time Warner

Hi, again, Sky...

Yes, I worked for AOL TW, Inc. for years as a writer. When I was hired to fly as a CFA for the local airport here where I live, I'm sure it had something to do with my "connections". I learned that Time Warner has an enormous fleet of jets but trying to get in touch with their flight ops dept. is impossible. Believe me, I've tried!

BUT, from what I COULD find out, it doesn't sound like any of their aircraft utilize cabin/flight crew other than the pilots. I do hope I'm wrong.

I recently saw a job opening for a Time Warner flight attendant Sky Bunny. Is that how you learned about the position? FYI: I do not know anything about their flight dept.

I can't remember where, however, there was an ad on the internet in January, February and I think March. I applied online but haven't heard anything. Just curious to see if anyone here had an interview or contact with them.
Thanks!

Default YES, I do SO love being wrong!

I'm SO glad to hear that Time Warner uses cabin/flight attendants! News to me! And this is why I'm here. To learn and to share.

Now this is not to diminish what I just said but, ironically, my dad worked for Time Warner for years. You can see for yourself:

Again, I reiterate. Isn't life grand? It's full of coincidences. Or, as one of my favorite sayings goes <sic>, "There are no such things as coincidences... they're just God's way of remaining anonymous."
