I was wanting to know if there are some places where you can get a 3 day basic culinary class that you get a certificate of completition?

Default The Corporate School of Etiquette

Yes, I believe Donna's school -- The Corporate School of Etiquette -- is officially getting started this Fall. As many of you know, Donna has been providing a one day culinary class through Alteon Training, LLC for two years now. The school will be using a full mock up trainer -- an aircraft galley, no less -- that will give to students a real world experience when it comes to preparing food at flight level.

This just in: a representative of The Corporate School of Etiquette reports to me that the trainer is still not finished, therefore classes are not quite ready to start.

Stay tuned, I am sure additional details will be forthcoming!

Actually, I believe the best training is CIA located in New York state. They do offer a 3 day class for corporate flight attendants I've heard. I've had formal training there but have not taken their 3 day classs. These are serious culinary individuals! 8)
