Default Jumping from one job to another?

Hello all, hope everyones new year has gotten off to e agreat start! I was just curious about our industry. I am still fairly new but enjoying flying corporate. Ive looked at many peoples resumes and was just curious, Is it common in corporate aviation for people to jump from one company to another frequently? I know commercial the longer you stay the better it gets and many people stay put for years but in corporate it looks like people jump around alot. Does this not reflect poorly on a person? Just curious and wanted to get your thoughts. Safe travels!

Default Multi Compies

Drew21FL,

In my opinion ("What that is Worth") working for many compies is a good thing as it gives you a world of experience! In the world of "Coroprate Aviation" you will find there are many aspacts to it. There is 1) Company Owned "i.e.; AT&T, GE, others, 2) Family Owned ( you know who those are) and 3) Charter "i.e, NWA, others , 4) Fractional "sub part K"; "NetJets, Flexjet, others (Going away here shortly and becoming charter) and there are a few more that people only know about when they hit them but these are the 4 top ones.

In this field, the better experience in these major fields , the better assist you are to a company and thier needs. You will have been trained and they do not have to spend the time and money to get you up to speed.

If you are willing to be diverest, you have a better chance of bing a better person in this field!
