Default Just wondering??

Are most corporate f/a's required to order their own catering in advance personally??? Coming from the commercial ranks, it sounds like a nightmare
dealing with most of the caterers I have dealt with.

Default catering

Hi friedrich,

I cant speak for all departments but I know many of us do plan the meals for each flight and then find someplace for catering be it resturaunts, catering companies, or hotels. Of course internationally its always a little more complicated with transporting food from hotels and finding reputable places to provide catering. I come from commercial as well and typically in corporate we dont get catering from gate gourmet or skychefs so the he level of service is different (though at times I have run into places that are worse lol)
