Default Anyone worked in Dubai?

I hear good things about flying contractual (FA) overseas... anyone have the experience?

Dubai is a great city, very modern and lots to do, a huge expat community. I had seen a lot of Canadians working for Royal flights as well as their commercial airlines, about 10 years ago.
They are sticky about age though. Cut off is 31 years or it used to be anyway, and it's pretty much like that in all the Arab countries.
It's been a long time since I worked in that part of the world, but I have seen ads on this website in the past, for jobs around the M. East.
Maybe someone that visits this board can point you in the right direction that knows more about the situation at the current time?
I'll dig around and see what I can find on my end. I know there are agencies in the UK that hire crew for the M. East, but I can't remember the names. I think Tag in Switzerland might be a good start.
I'll get back to you when I can.

Default contracts in Dubai

thanks a bunch for looking into this for me... im so glad i registered on this message board - kinda neat getting responses from others in the industry i dont even know! Appreciate anything you can dig up.
