Emergency Training entailing passenger briefing and safety instruction; emergency evacuation procedures for land and water; fire fighting and decompression procedures; dangerous goods/hazmat handling; inflight medical situations.

Fifteen years of providing the ultimate level of inflight care in the form of exemplary service in a safe, comfortable, professional environment in both the International and Domestic commercial airline markets. Proactive, highly organized, efficient and self motivated. Sensitive to the importance of working in a discrete and confidential environment. Trained and currently qualified on the following aircraft: DC9, Boeing 757, 747-200-400, Airbus 319-320-330, BBJ, Global Express, Challenger, Falcon 2000, Gulfstream, Airbus Corporate Jetliner.

Flight Attendant/Purser, Northwest Airlines, October 1991 to Present:

 

•

 Organize service flows and supervise all operations of cabin service. Use tact and diplomacy while working with fellow crewmembers to provide superior levels of service to all customers.

Coordinate with flight deck to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

   

•

Complete all necessary documentation for international and domestic flights. Ensure accuracy of catering reports to reduce waste and achieve cost savings.
